Has worked in the installation industry for over 30 years, marketing director at Grundfos in charge of operations – both in Poland and several European countries – including marketing strategies, plans and budgets for various market segments, sales promotions and loyalty programs for installers, distributors and designers.

One of the two marketing directors in Grundfos’ history to be awarded „Brand Awards” twice, which is the highest distinction in the group for marketing activities supporting sales, granted once a year.

Cezary Jasiczak


Marketer, entrepreneur since 1992, focused on effective and long-term pro-sales and 360/multichannel marketing activities in the areas of installation, construction and interior design market.

The creator and co-creator of initiatives and projects such as: Mądry Polak przed budową, Budshow, Mistrzostwa Polski Instalatorów, Master Club Grundfos, POiD Building Awards, Tubądzin Design Days, Profesjonalny Malarza itd.
